I’m Hugo Sombreireiro (jeez, no kidding) and I’m a web apps developer operating out of Lisbon, Portugal. I’ve been a developer for over 15 years now and I really like to discover cool new stuff to play with 
I’ve experience in VB (arghhh), PHP (cool), ColdFusion (yay) and Java (cool but I prefer to use it from within CF). Over the front-end area I’m fluent in XHTML, CSS2 and Javascript, ExtJS Ajax library and Flex. Over the years I’ve been developing powerful intranet applications for corporations in the pharmaceutical and industrial production areas.
I like Star Trek, Star Wars (old school), House MD, Bones, CSI LV and CSI Miami. Don’t like 24 
Classical music is…well….a classic….. specially Beethoven, Bach and Handel but you may also find me listening to the latest pop one-hit-wonder or some really dark metal band…pretty eclectic in the music area. I pretty much like whatever pleases me without getting attached to any labels.
